I hereby agree to the following: 
 
 1. I am participating in classes during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, fitness, movement and health classes (further referred to as yoga classes) I recognize that these classes require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved including the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to my person, my family members or to my guests. 
 
 2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical fitness program, including yoga classes, and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical fitness activities. 
 
 3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. 
 
 4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor and /or Detroit Yoga Lab, LLC for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in yoga classes and online through various platforms. I release and indemnify Detroit Yoga Lab, LLC from and against any and all such claims and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees. 
 
 5. I hereby grant permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media in any and all of it’s publications, including web-based publications and marketing without payment or other consideration. 


 I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am digitally signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my digital signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability.

Ayurveda for Overwhelm

In this course, Beccy will review basic Ayurvedic concepts, then go into more detail about how overwhelm can manifest in daily routines and provide strategies for combating excessive stress. Participants will receive an Ayurvedic Constitutional Assessment, a specific and accessible breath and meditation practice as well as two physical practices. A slow flow to find steadiness and stability in the body and mind and a Yin practice to drop in, rest easy and let tensions fall away. The practical tools in this course are accessible to any level and will help to restore harmony and instill calm leaving a feeling of more clarity and connection to yourself and your purest potential.
