In this course, Beccy Stevenson will review basic concepts as they relate to Ayurveda and addiction. You will dive into the koshas, the composition of our energetic body and the kleshas, where we can get hung up. Finally, you will explore establishing a daily routine, how to create new patterns that can evolve into new habits that are more positive and supportive to our whole being.
Ayurvedic Yoga for Recovery will provide a guided breath practice, a guided meditation and a kriya for self mastery.
You will receive an Ayurvedic Constitutional Assessment and instructions for completion, guides to the koshas and the gunas as well as resources to source recommended herbs to maintain a more balanced state.
