This sweaty and sweet virtual course will get your muscles burning, your heart pumpin’ and help you cultivate the will to take charge of life, no matter what comes your way. This 3 week course includes 30-minute yoga flows with added hand + ankle weights to tone + define your muscles, a weekly recovery class to release + recharge, and several short and impactful ab sessions. Increase muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular thresholds while training your mind to focus, strengthen, and break through. This course is designed to follow along daily, AND we totally understand if you have to spread it out so we’re giving you access for 60 days to rewind, repeat or rest as often as you need. Ankle weights and 2-4lb dumbbells suggested, but not required or included with purchase of course.
