In this course, Beccy will review basic Ayurvedic concepts, then go into more detail about how we taste and digest according to individual type, or dosha. She will also outline a daily routine to help establish a “new normal”, as well as strategies for curbing sugar cravings.
Participants will receive an Ayurvedic Constitutional Assessment, food guidelines, herbal recommendations and recipes.
This course also includes guided breath, meditation and physical practices to help uncover old habits and encourage detox of the body and mind.
